#HiddenTalent – Chubb

 

A internal engagement campaign was launched for Chubb colleagues in the run up to Christmas. It was to raise spirits and help keep colleagues connected and feeling part of the European team.

Teaser banners for email and intranet were used to create a buzz around the campaign.

A launch video was produced to call out for people's 'hidden talent' and engage them to submit pictures and video clips.

The response was huge and the campaign was a big success, energising colleagues after a difficult year. Weekly cuts of the highlights were circulated on the company intranet and prizes awarded.
